decent stay with some issues
clean room available kettle single towel receptionist language
the room was clean. bath amenities were available. the hotel provided a kettle and a fridge in the room. i also appreciated daily housekeeping being available upon request.
i booked a room for two persons however, upon checking in, there was only one bottle of water provided. there was also only one towel initially available. i had to ask for another set. one of the receptionists did not speak english well, so communication was somewhat frustrating.

easy travel helpful staff many options
The hotel is close to a station! It makes travel easy. The staff helped me, always ready with assistance. Breakfast had many options. I found good choices at the buffet.
The room size was average. That was expected.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues with Cleanliness
inadequate cleaning unhelpful staff
I was disappointed that cleaning was not thorough. Being tall, I noticed dust EVERYWHERE. it was ridiculous that the reception staff barely spoke English. They offered NO assistance as I struggled to communicate a simple request for an extra pillow. It felt inadequate for a hotel in a major center.
